What is PymERA Network?

PymERA is a national network created by Science and Technology Ministry, in which take part organizations from all the Spanish autonomous regions to encourage and facilitate the participation of Spanish SME's in projects within EU's Framework Programmes for Research and Innovation.

PymERA Network, was set up oficially on 24th April 2003 as a result of INFOCRAFT initiative, has achieved during the last years an important position for SME and other organisations in Europe thanks to the specialization work carried out by Network's members in the most relevant areas of Framework Programmes. As well, working in close collaboration with European Comission, collaborating with numerous institutions for Technological Development as Industrial Technologic Development Centre (CDTI), French Agency for Innovation (ANVAR), National Agency for Technology (TEKES) in Finland, SME's National Contact Points, etc.

PymERA Network has the constant support from the Education and Science Ministry, Industry, Tourism and Commerce Ministry and Industrial Technologic Development Centre (CDTI).


What aims does PymERA Network pursue?

To promote SME's participation in projects within Framework Programmes, in any of their categories.

To inform and advise to SME about opportunities, features and requirements of Framework Programme Projects.

To incentivate the collaboration between SME, Universities and Innovation and Technology Centres in European Projects.
